Trump to Headline Sold-Out Kravis Center Event Friday Night in West Palm Beach

President Donald Trump is set to speak Friday evening in West Palm Beach at a sold-out, invitation-only event at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts ballroom, drawing both supporters and protesters to the downtown area.

The appearance, hosted by the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches as part of its 50th anniversary season, will take place in the Cohen Pavilion, with doors opening ahead of the 6:15 p.m. program.

Trump’s speech comes less than a week after a shooting disrupted the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in Washington, D.C., heightening security concerns around public appearances. Officials have not released specific plans, but a significant law enforcement presence and traffic disruptions are expected near the Kravis Center.

The president’s visit also triggers broader security measures across Palm Beach County. A Temporary Flight Restriction issued by the Federal Aviation Administration will be in effect from 5:15 p.m. Friday through 7:15 p.m. Saturday, limiting air traffic during “VIP movement.” In addition, South Ocean Boulevard (A1A) in Palm Beach is closed to through traffic between the President Donald J. Trump Boulevard traffic circle and South County Road, with detours in place.

Trump, who frequently stays at his Mar-a-Lago residence, is expected to conclude his remarks shortly after 8 p.m. He is then expected to fly to Miami Saturday night before returning to Washington, D.C., on Sunday at 8:30 p.m.

Organizers have not said whether the event will include a question-and-answer session. Officials are urging drivers, boaters, and pilots to plan ahead and monitor updates as the high-profile visit unfolds.
